The Press Room is equipped with various presses from the smallest 10 ton press to large hydraulic presses of close to 275 ton capacity. Our louver presses give us the capability to produce many heater covers, ventilation panels and intake grills made of 20 gage (.036) thick steel in sizes ranging up to 18” wide by 45” in length.

We have three CNC turret presses with the ability to create stampings (shaker parts), out of standard sheet metal stock. These machines have auto-indexing stations and multi-tooling stations, which reduce set-up and increase our ability to create complex stampings. They are capable of producing washers to parts of 52” x 144” in sheet metals from .030” to .187” thick.
