BMC Capabilities
SHEET METAL FABRICATION From design drawings to protoype parts to volume production, BMC provides top quality engineering design and production service.		LASER CUTTING Capabilities include CNC cutting of material up to 5/8' thick steel, 1/4' stainless, and 5/32' aluminum parts in sheet sizes to 60' width x 120' length. Combined with an integrated loading/unloading system, these laser cutting capabilities can in some instances be carried out in 'lights-out' mode.		METAL FORMING BMC production equipment includes a variety of CNC press brakes with a broad range of features. We have the proved capability to provide special tooling for custom jobs up to 144' in length.
CNC FABRICATION Barthelmes has the ability to furnish fabricated components to complete, assembled products. Use of CAD together with CNC fabrication offers customers very flexible manufacturing runs.		METAL STAMPING In-house CNC equipment is able to cut, punch, and form parts ranging from basic flats to extremely complex stampings, and from .030' to .187' thickness, and part sizes up to 52' x 144'.		WELDING Full-scope Mig, Tig, Spot, and Stick welding capabilities from basic fastening to watertight, and a special ability to resistance weld .060' -.125' thick aluminum.
